Link & Go Bearers JA operates a delivery-booking and dispatch service. This notice explains how we handle personal information submitted through our website, accounts, bookings, tracking, customer support and delivery operations.

• Names, telephone numbers, email addresses and business names.
• Pickup and delivery addresses, landmarks, schedules and package descriptions.
• Account identifiers and saved booking details.
• Delivery status, assigned-bearer details, proof-of-delivery photographs, signatures or notes.
• Payment status, delivery fees and cash-on-delivery collection records. We do not intend to store full card numbers.
• Technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website.

3. Why we use it

We use personal information to create and manage bookings, calculate fares, contact senders and receivers, assign bearers, provide tracking, confirm delivery and payment, send receipts, prevent misuse, resolve complaints, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

4. Who receives it

Information is shared only as needed with the assigned bearer, authorized Link & Go personnel and service providers that support hosting, accounts, maps, email, communications, storage or payment processing. Bearers receive only the operational details needed to complete their assigned delivery. We do not sell customer personal information.

5. Sender responsibility

If a business or sender provides a receiver's information, that sender must have a lawful reason to share it and should tell the receiver that Link & Go will use it to complete and communicate about the delivery.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery operations, payment and accounting records, complaints, safety, fraud prevention and legal requirements. We use access controls and restricted dashboards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask about personal information we hold, request correction of inaccurate information, object to certain uses, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or request deletion where retention is not legally required. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

8. Service communications

Booking confirmations, tracking updates, receipts and safety messages are operational communications. Promotional messages are separate and may be declined using the method provided in the message or by contacting us.
